The Gathering

Full Venue Rental

Large gatherings require a full venue rental, with a maximum capacity of 125 guests.
Up to 75 guests: Tent not required
76–125 guests: Tent required
Gatherings may begin at 5:30pm and extend until 11pm.
Additional time may be awarded or purchased upon request.

The full venue rental includes exclusive use of the Tasting House, Members’ Lounges, and Outdoor Gardens.

All catering, rentals, tenting, and vendors are arranged separately and at additional cost. All vendors and music must be pre-approved. If alcohol other than Sannino wine is served, the caterer must hold a valid liquor license and provide insurance coverage for the event. Suggested vendors lists may be supplied upon request.
